One of the greatest mistakes players make when passing is bending their elbows to secure the ball. When you study the photos of elite players (take a look at Danielle Scott creating my MySpace/volleyball voices site) both indoor volleyball and sand volleyball players whenever they serve receive you will appreciate that their “platforms” aka within their forearms that they can present… are very straight like a board you could utilize their arms being a flat table you can eat on. Bent elbows means less ball accuracy while straight arms gives more ball control and accuracy to compliment the ball to your “setter” target. There are plenty of what to take a look at once the server has got the ball right before the ref blows the whistle. There may be numerous things being distracted by if you cannot be able to concentrate and narrow your focus. What can your core mindset is? If the server takes the volleyball within their hands and positions themselves to suggest how and where they’ll serve and they start bouncing it till serving it…here most elite athletes I do know focus 125% ONLY on your golf ball while in the server’s hands. From here with your eyes and mind should see while keeping focused on simply the ball Up To you.
